We’re in the midst of a global upheaval and converging crises. Now more than ever, this moment calls for each of us to stand in and share our unique gifts.
However, in the quest to share our gifts with integrity while not neglecting our own needs there’s a wide gap.
When it comes to creating work that matters, whether it takes form as a business, a movement or art so much is left unsaid and uninterrogated.
- What’s not examined is that building a business as women and femmes who not only deeply care but who also hold identities that have been historically excluded is vastly different.
- What’s not interrogated is the load it takes on our bodies and nervous system to be visible, birth offerings that serve our communities while navigating life and the inequities that other groups don’t have to contend with.
- What’s not questioned enough is that the vast majority of business and marketing advice is based on extraction and exploitation.
During my brand new free workshop we’re going to go there and explore what it takes to build a liberatory business from the ground up.
During this workshop, I’m also going to share my wild and wondrous journey as a Black woman embodying my soul purpose in the world. I’ve had the honor of creating a business rooted in Spirit and that also serves my community for over 16 years.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot and I want to share some of the impactful hard-earned lessons with you because when Black women and women of color are standing and sharing our deepest gifts and medicine it has the power to transform not only our personal lives but also our communities and the world.
During this live free workshop you’ll…
- Understand the load it takes on our nervous system as Black women and women of color to birth businesses and stand in work our Ancestors’ can be proud of
- Understand why becoming intimate with the inner workings of your nervous system will expand your capacity to receive, deepen your creativity and widen your visibility
- Learn why mindset isn’t enough when it comes to weaving a soul business/work and what must be at the center instead
